A Spectacular Night at the Omni ChampionsGate
The night turned out amazing as the bride and groom saw their dreams become reality!
This bride was working with Two Sisters Design Company to sketch together their vision. The result was a one-of-a-kind style from full (and I mean FULL) arrangements to unique props that perfectly matched the unique style of the bride. We concentrated on chandelier accents and up lighting with moving lights for the after party.
Like most events, this one was not without changes and challenges. Due to the size of the party, we had to create the ceremony and then flip the room for reception. This comes with its own challenges of time and what seemed like thousands of vendors in the room at once all going at top speeds. You will see in some of the pictures that Misti (photographer) had to come in a little early (10 minutes before guests) and the LED up lighting was not quite set on one side of the room. This was because it takes some time to remove an entire air wall so we ended up stumped for time waiting.
The icing on the cake was the miscommunication with the Pyro-technician. He was to wait until the countdown of 3,2,1, then wait 3 seconds and hit go. Instead he hit go on 1 at the same time as the confetti which produced a quick flash of shriveled confetti and a lot of sparks!
Ah the beauty of events! All the while the bride was enjoying her day oblivious to these issues and all vendors worked together to get it done! This is what we do!
